Our Process
Consultation
We get to know exactly what you need either via phone call (with submission of pictures) or via walkthrough and discuss the best way to meet your needs.
Itemized Estimate
We prepare your Estimate, which outlines exactly what you will be charged for and even let you know ahead of time if there is any potential for further charges. You will never be charged for anything without your knowledge and approval.
Client Contract & Services Agreement
After you approve the estimate, we prepare a contract outlining charges, policies, and legal terms that both parties must sign it before work begins. This ensures complete understanding what is expected from Client and Company.
Final Invoice
Upon Completion of Service, you will be emailed a Final Invoice. It will state either that you have paid you balance in full and will serve as your Receipt, or it will inform you of any outstanding balances.
